The quality of our training courses, the n°1 criterion for your satisfaction
ITTCERT place the quality at the heart of the organisation of its training courses.
In addition to the expertise of our trainers, we guarantee the smooth running of the sessions, the quality of the equipment and software used, and the comfort of our participants.
To achieve this, we have set up a quality commitment charter with our partners, all Authorized Training Partners (ATP) publishers.
Trainers must be certified and approved for each training course. They strictly follow the publisher's pedagogical engineering and use the official resources (materials, practical work).
Each session is the subject of a systematic assessment by the participants.
The 3 key stages in measuring training effectiveness
1. At the start of the course
- Self-assessment of target skills
- Round-table discussion to identify needs and expectations
2. During the course
- Practical exercises, case studies, assessment quizzes
- Regular progress reviews to check that everyone is achieving their objectives
3. At the end of the course
- Self-assessment of acquired skills
- Training assessment
- Official publisher's review
These 3 evaluation periods are essential to enable us to decide on corrective actions to be set up if necessary.
These can be:
- the organisation of a remedial session. The program for this session is defined by the pedagogical engineering department according to the needs of unsatisfied participants and the initial training program.
- an invitation to the same training course with another speaker.
- an invitation to another training course which better matches the needs of the participant(s).
The average satisfaction rate (ratings including very satisfied or satisfied) is 96% by 2024.
Our quality certification
Qualiopi national certification obtained by ITTCERT in 2022, attests to the process quality implemented by training organisations to help develop skills;
It is delivered by independent certifiers and enables certified organisations to access public and mutual funding and increase their visibility and credibility with their target audiences.
