Disability and accessibility
The ORSYS Group is fully committed to making professional training accessible. Our systems are designed to guarantee access to educational content, digital tools and all our training centres for people with disabilities. This inclusive approach aims to promote equal rights and opportunities for all learners, whatever their specific needs.
Welcoming disabled people to training courses
The ORSYS Group pays particular attention to welcoming people with disabilities and offers a range of arrangements depending on the situation and training location:
- Appropriate signage in compliance with legislation.
- Participants with disabilities are looked after from the moment they arrive at the training venue.
- Accompaniment to and from lunch, depending on the participant's needs.
- Access to sanitary facilities complying with standards for people with reduced mobility.
- One week before the course, the necessary information is sent to the trainers concerned (nature of the disability and special arrangements to be made).
- Special design of the training environment and use of adapted and specific equipment.
A PSH team and three disability advisors at your service
Our centres have access for people with reduced mobility, and our teams will do their utmost to support participants with any kind of disability throughout their training.
Participants and their supervisors are welcomed throughout the course, and we draw on their feedback to continually improve the training experience for our different audiences.
Finally, welcoming people with disabilities for training also applies to all ORSYS Group employees and partners, who can benefit from support and, above all, adapted work equipment (ergonomic keyboard and mouse, dual screen, specialised software, etc.).
